About Sean
As a movement and anatomy nerd, I am ever fascinated by the human body.
Its abilities to heal, grow and adapt to environmental stress are sophisticated beyond our full understanding. It’s very impressive, but the body is still susceptible to repetitive stress and acute injury. Nobody is immune to these, so a proactive approach is essential towards achieving long-term, pain-free movement.
This is where I come in. My job is to help you recognize and redirect unhealthy movement patterns. Together, we approach your unique needs with reasonable solutions that complement your current lifestyle. Through soft tissue manipulation, we can detect and address what you overuse, and activate what you underuse.
Over time we can return balance, reduce wear and tear, improve range of motion and healing capacity. I work with everyone from the desk worker to the athlete, the grad student to the retiree. If you have a body, I can help you!
